We hope you love shopping with us here at Rewards4.com. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
Shipping and Delivery
- Free Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on all UK Orders over £10
- Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) on all UK Orders under £10 - £2.00
We anticipate despatching all standard products within 1 working day of receiving your order, and within 3-5 working days for personalised products. All UK shipments should be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of despatch.
Delivery outside of the UK.
We do ship to USA, Eire and Mainland Europe. For delivery to other areas please email us for a quotation.
Notification of despatch.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email and your order status will be updated within your My Account page.
Failed Delivery Parcels.
If your parcel has been undeliverable once we receive the parcel back we will contact you to arrange redelivery of your order. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any personalised orders that are returned to us due to the nature of the products.
Returns and Replacements
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in transit, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 hours. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:
- Email Address
- Postal Address
- Order Number
- Problem with fault
- Photo of the fault*
*If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim. Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalised are non-refundable.

How long does my refund take?
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to be actioned. Once the refund has been actioned it can take 2-5 working days to appear in your account as a credit.
Multiple refund requests
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone.
**You are not entitled to a cooling off period under the Distant Selling Regulations for any item that is personalised or made to order.
